Many families in Mississippi have lost everything. There isn't much left to our Gulf Coast. Its pretty much gone. Everything on the beach front was flattened and scattered miles around. Biloxi and Gulfport are so devistated it will be years before it is the same if ever. Imagine water went in 6 miles from the coast.

As a kid I grew up there and lived all along the coast and the pictures and videos I have gotten in email just leave me speechless.

If any of you can donate to the Red Cross to help down there please do. Every dollar counts. Alot of families have nothing but the clothes they were wearing.

And now New Orleans is totatly evacuated now. Its under 20 feet or more of water and most places are just gone. Levee's are breeching and its going to be years before anything is right again.

Its just heart breaking to see some of the video's sent to me by friends.

Pray for them and donate all you can please.

I have gotten my first IPv6 tunnel up and running.

Right now sendmail, bind, ssh, and irc have IPv4 and IPv6 listening sockets. Apache will be next to offer IPv6 connections.

I REALLY need donation's. Please help !! I offer alot here including building rpm's for mandriva and the cost isn't going down to keep running this.

If you guys care and want me to keep offering the rpm's and other service's please support me.

I did over 12 gig's in bandwidth last month. Costing me $140 and I cant keep paying for it all on my own.

Due to a programming error I lost my upstream to QWest. They had to do some reprogramming to get me backup and the outage lasted for about 30 minutes.

I bought a SSL certificate for the MyDNS website.

The CAcert root certificate is no longer on the MyDNS site as a bought one is much better to use for something like this.

I have opened a new service here for mirroring any GPL with source program's.
It is open to any linux developer that needs a mirror.

They need to use rsync to access mirroring here.

I will have the main server down tomorrow between 2pm-3pm PST for a upgrade on some hardware.

It should be less then 30 minutes to complete.

New kernel

I have compiled a new kernel to better support the CPU I have.

I also compiled in the dazuko kernel module to support antivirus checking since I have also started to host windows/linux applications.

This will also reduce any virus detected in emails when accessed by windows clients.
